Here’s our experience:
We didn’t realize / remember that ours did, but when we returned from a trip to the States and found a flat tire smiling back at us, we called Kevin for a suggestion. That’s when he told us to look on our insurance documents for the phone number. The guy was there in a flash.

Twice since then, we have needed the service; once when stranded on the highway near nowhere! They came in a short while. I am VERY impressed. On that occasion, Kevin followed up my call to make sure, despite my terrible Espanol, that they had our location right. Now, that’s service.
The last time a dead battery got us. The guy went WAAAAAY out of his way to assist us. After he charged the battery, it would not hold a charge and it died. He charged it again and not only told me where the battery store was, but led me there on his scooter a few kms from the airport and then actually helped the tech install the battery. It’s a tricky job that includes taking the right front wheel off~!~! He refused my tip, but I insisted.
(For the cynical-minded: OK, maybe his cousin owned the shop. I don’t know, but it was one of the chain stores.)
Can you imagine AAA in the States doing that?
